Shawn White (Phoenix, AZ)
Shawn White has spent the past 11 years as a software developer for both desktop and web-based applications. Prior to that he spent four years serving in the US Army as a military intelligence analyst. Shawn is currently attending Southern Evangelical Bible College (SEBC) online to finish up his BA in Religious Studies and plans to continue on at SES in pursuing a Masters in Apologetics. Shawn has been teaching and actively presenting Apologetics for the past 7 years in the Phoenix, Arizona area where he lives with his lovely wife of 12 years, Davina. Shawn enjoys teaching Apologetics, Worldview Training, and speaking about his faith with others.

Neil Mammen (San Jose, CA)
Neil was born in Africa to Indian parents and grew up speaking Arabic in Sudan and Yemen. He came to the United States at 18 to attend college and earned his Masters in Electrical Engineering and Solid State Physics from Oregon State University. Neil has co-founded four high tech companies and continues to work in the industry with TentmakerSystems.com. He holds over 20 issued or pending patents in various technical fields. He is the founder of NoBlindFaith.com, an apologetics ministry focused on training people to use apologetics in evangelization. Neil is a dynamic apologetics speaker and teacher and is the author of two books: Who is Agent X? Proving that Science and Logic show it's more Rational to think God exists and Jesus Was/IS involved in Politics! Why aren't you? Why isn't your Church?

R.C. Metcalf (Colorado Springs, CO)
R.C. is author of the Science & Religion bestseller, Letter to a Christian Nation: Counter Point (2007) and Colliding with Christ: The Science of the Resurrection (2008). Dr. Metcalf holds an M.S. in Science Education, a Doctorate in the health professions, and has partially completed a Master’s Degree in Theology. He is a member of American Mensa, Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Society, the American Scientific Affiliation, and the Evangelical Philosophical Society. A native of Washington, D.C., Dr. Metcalf has held research positions at both the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health. He has been a Christian for over 32 years and currently resides in Colorado Springs.

Phil Weingart (South Dennis, MA)
Phil is an Information Technology geek who just happened to start defending the faith on the Internet, back in the days before the Internet was a household concept, and has been doing it ever since. Phil received his education online and in the local library, but also attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a BA in Speech (Rhetoric and Public Address) and an MBA emphasizing Information Systems. He has since been working in the IT industry. He has four adult children living in the Philadelphia area, of whom he is exceedingly proud. He lives on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, maintains a political blog called Plumb Bob Blog, and writes freelance.

Steve Schrader (Mt. Airy, MD)
Steve is the Vice-President of Manufacturing at Patton Electronics Company in Gaithersburg, MD. He graduated summa cum laude from Southern Evangelical Seminary in Charlotte, NC with a Master of Arts in Apologetics in 2006. Steve is a member of Mt. Airy Bible Church in Mt. Airy, MD where he serves as the Head of the Adult Christian Education Ministry (ACE) as well as teaching in ACE, teaching in the Men’s Discipleship ministry and the detention center ministry. Steve has also taught High School Sunday School and at the High School retreat. Steve has undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics (1987) from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA.

Sean Garnham (Detroit, MI)
Sean Garnham works the assembly line at Ford. He believes that all Christians, no matter what career or educational background they have, should have a basic knowledge of Christian Apologetics in order to strengthen their faith and the faith of their families, and to help them give an answer (apologia) to anyone who asks them to give a reason for the hope that they have (1 Peter 3:15). Sean maintains a Christian Apologetics website (DefendingChrist.com) and gives apologetics presentations to churches and youth groups in the Detroit area.

Harold Hansen (Mooresville, NC)
Harold is a veteran Bible teacher and graduate of Southern Evangelical Seminary (SES) where he earned his Master of Arts in Apologetics. He has been a conference speaker, pulpit supply, Equipping University teacher, Sunday school teacher and TEAM member for SES. His special interests are Christian apologetics, world religions, especially Islam, and cults. Harold is employed full time for a fortune 50 company in strategic planning and teaches throughout the Southeast as often as possible. Harold and his wife Rustina are members of a new church plant, Christ Community Church in Mooresville, NC.

Walker Hicks (Durham, NC)
Walker spent most of his younger years avoiding the faith that he grew up with. He encountered CS Lewis' writings while attending UNC-Chapel Hill and came face-to-face with the truth and love of God. Since then he has been striving to learn more about the Maker, love Him, and share what he's found with others. Walker has a bachelors degree in English and a Masters in the Arts of Teaching from UNC-Chapel Hill. He teaches English Literature at East Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Eric Chabot (Columbus, OH)
Eric Chabot was reared in a mainline denomination in Columbus, Ohio. At age 24, he gave his life to Jesus Christ. Eric has been a campus outreach minister at Ohio State University (2004- to present) and has seen the direct results of youth and college students who do not have apologetic training. He spends time on campus asking college students what they think about God. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. He has done several apologetic presentations in churches and continues to look for opportunities to do presentations on college campuses.
Bob Perry (West Chester, OH)
Bob brings a unique background to his defense of the Christian worldview. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he spent eight years as a Marine aviator flying the AV-8B Harrier and now serves as a Captain for a major U.S. airline. His intense interest in apologetics led him to complete a Master of Arts in the field (Highest Honors) at Biola University in 2006. Bob combines lessons learned during his aviation career, and his passion for apologetics, into a distinctive, upbeat, passionately delivered message. He has been married to his wife Mary for 23 years. They have five sons, ages 11 to 20.

Jeff Vannoy (Piney Flats, TN)
Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Bethel College and Trinity International University where he earned a Master of Arts in Faith and Culture. He has his own business as an electrical estimator and project manager and is an online instructor for University of Phoenix where he teaches classes in world religions, critical thinking, and philosophy. He has served in church ministry for 23 years in various roles including Elder, Deacon, Director of Christian Education, small group leader and high school and adult Sunday school teacher. Jeff currently lives in beautiful East Tennessee with Kristy, his wife of 24 years. They have three children, two of which have already sprung the coop.

John Ferrer (Fort Worth, TX)
John is a part-time professor and student. His passion is for intelligent faith, that is, a profound Christian faith which is existentially relevant, intellectually compelling, demonstrably true, and altogether beautiful. John plans to teach and write full time and has preached or taught at about 45 churches and 7 schools spanning 4 countries. Apologetics, religious studies, theology, and philosophy are his areas of interest.

Mark Wood (Cleburne, TX)
Mark is currently the Minister of Community Missions and Evangelism at Field Street Baptist Church in Cleburne, TX. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003 with a Masters of Divinity, specializing in Biblical Languages. He previously served as a pastor in North Edwards, CA and was on staff at an inner-city mission in Arlington, TX. He has also been a stock broker and spent some time in the software industry. He graduated with a BA in History as well as Economics from Hardin Simmons University Abilene, TX. Mark is married and is the proud father of three young children.
